Before founding MTNY Consulting, I spent more than 20 years inside global organizations working across finance, strategy, operations, customer experience, analytics, and transformation.

At Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft / MondelΔz, and ADP, I worked on the same questions leaders bring to MTNY today: Where are we creating value? Where are we losing it? What should we change? What does the data tell us? How do we turn a strategy into an operating reality?
My experience includes leading large organizations, managing significant operating budgets, redesigning processes and operating models, building analytics capabilities, improving customer retention, and delivering major productivity and cost initiatives.
I spent two decades seeing what good advisory looks like β and what it doesn't. The advice that creates value is specific, grounded in how the business actually works, and stays with the problem through implementation. The advice that doesn't is theoretical, technology-first, or disconnected from the economics.
MTNY is deliberately founder-led. I work directly with clients and bring in specialist partners when an engagement requires additional expertise or delivery capacity. That keeps the work senior, practical, and close to the outcome.
Today I am completing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Hull. That technical education matters because AI is increasingly part of the answer β in finance, operations, and customer experience. But my starting point remains the business problem. Technology doesn't redesign an organization. Understanding does.
